Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using our website. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any services.

Any new features or tools which are added to the current store shall also be subject to the Terms of Service. You can review the most current version of the Terms of Service at any time on this page. We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and/or changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Prices and payment-
All prices are in New Zealand dollars and are inclusive of GST.

Amy's Flower Box reserves the right to change the prices from time to time during the term of this agreement. We will notify you of a price increase by e-mail at least eight days before the delivery date for an affected Flower Box.
We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.

We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.

Payment for your first or one-off delivery will be deducted at time of placing your order. Subsequent payments for subscriptions will be deducted from your credit card at the next billing run which will be the Friday prior to delivery date.
You must pay for Amy's Flower Box for the boxes purchased by credit card. The website does not accept any other form of payment.

If your card declines we will contact you to make payment. Your order will not be processed until the payment has been processed.

Substitution -
We reserve the right to substitute a product of equivalent value where a listed product is unavailable.
When making substitutions we will try to inform the customer but will not wait for a response, as this could delay the order from being delivered on the requested date.

Seasonal conditions affect the supply of flowers. Specific varieties or colours may not always be available or meet our quality standards. In some cases, substitutions may be necessary to fulfil your order.
If we are out of a particular decorative element such as a vase, or ceramic container, we will contact you to ask what you would like us to do and usually a similar one of equal or greater value will be substituted.


Cancellation -
Your credit card payment will be processed on the Friday before your delivery date at 9am. If at any point you wish to cancel your one-off order or subscription you must cancel in the Manage Subscriptions section of our website before your payment is processed.

If your payment has already been processed flowers will be delivered on the following Wednesday but any further boxes will be cancelled.


Product quality -
In the case that you are unhappy with the quality of product you have received we require you must contact Amy's Flower Box within 24 hours of receiving the product. We require a photo of the product to be emailed to service@amysflowers.co.nz for management review. If we agree that the flower quality is below standard we will issue a credit to your account.


Deliveries -
Please refer to Amy's Flower Box delivery information pages for confirmation of what addresses we can deliver to. As part of the ordering process, you will be immediately and electronically advised if we are able to deliver to your address. Specific delivery locations are accepted based on the suburb and postcode of the delivery address and so it is important that you provide us with your correct address information. If you do not then we may not be able to deliver to you.

In the highly unlikely event that your flower box is not received, please contact us as soon as possible so we can investigate. (Non-delivery queries must be lodged with us within 24 hours). If you have provided an incorrect delivery address we are willing to arrange your order to be re-delivered at your expense. We are not responsible for the security of deliveries if you or the recipient is not at the location at the time of delivery. As our customer, it is your responsibility to coordinate an appropriate delivery date. Your order will be left at the address in the safest place possible if no one is home. The only exception to this is when a driver is unable to get to the front door because of a gate or other restriction which prevents the driver from leaving the order in a safe place. If this is the case the flowers will be brought back to our Amy's Flowers store and will incur a delivery fee to try again, or you can come and collect it.

You can change your delivery address under the Manage Subscriptions section of our website before your payment is processed at 9am on the Friday prior to delivery.


Privacy -
We do not collect personally identifiable information on our website, such as your name, address, email address or telephone number, without your knowledge. Such information is collected only when you knowingly and voluntarily submit it to us (for example, when you contact us via email). We only use such voluntarily submitted information for the purposes for which it was submitted.
When you place an order we will ask you to provide certain information about yourself, such as your name, or e-mail address. The personal information you submit when placing your order is treated as confidential. We use this information to process your transaction, and we share the information with Visa, Mastercard etc. in order to process your order.


Security -
We have used tested technologies to ensure the security of information transmitted via our website and maintained in our possession. When you place your order "checkout" you will see a lock icon appear on the status bar of your browser. This indicates that the data that is submitted is encrypted while in transit and so cannot be viewed by anyone other than our gateway company Payment Express.
